CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly appreciate every client who books with me. To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please review the following: 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will result in a $25 fee. Running Late? You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to reschedule to avoid delaying other clients. This policy helps me stay on schedule and provide the best experience possible for everyone.
